The webinar covers hydraulically sizing a typical pond with a pipe using SITES software. First is a brief overview of USDA NRCS conservation practice standard for ponds, focusing on the hydrologic and hydraulic requirements. The basic inputs needed for a SITES pond design and typical SITES input screens for the inputs will be covered next. Finally, the webinar will review SITES outputs, in text and graphical form.
